An authentic village pub, a stylish lobby and pure, product-driven cooking under one roof. Gregory and Christophe (seven years at Hof van Cleve) are the driving forces behind Brabohoeve. Their kitchen team works with fresh, local, seasonal produce and honours the classics: paling in 't groen (eel in green herb sauce), vol-au-vent, sole and shrimp croquettes.
