An exclusive evening with Champagne Salon & Delamotte
On Wednesday 18 November, Champagne Salon & Delamotte are our guests at Brabohoeve. The two are sister houses, side by side in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. They form one family, with a single vision of Blanc de Blancs. Salon only makes champagne in exceptional years, so a new vintage is a rare event. That evening we will pour three: 2006, 2012 and 2015. Each champagne is paired with a dish created by the kitchen especially for the occasion. An opportunity that does not come often.

Between Christmas and New Year we open on two extra days for a warm Christmas moment at the table: seasonal cooking, fine wines and time for one another.

New Year's Eve
We close the year with a sparkling party in true Brabohoeve style. Aperitif and canapés, a four-course menu with festive champagne and wines, live entertainment with DOMINO and a DJ, open bar until 3 am. Transport home within 10 km.

Music in the Bar
Every third Friday of the month, after dinner, we move the tables aside and let DJ Thierry play the beats of yesterday and today. Book your table in good time.

Sunday Funday
Starting 12.30–1 pm: aperitif with a canapé, an extensive menu with paired wines and drinks. Followed by live entertainment, DJ and ‘Open Bar’ (drinks of your choice included) until 8 pm. Price per person: €265.
